Army “Soldiers League” WCRL win first Wheel Chair Inter Services beating RN & RAF

In a fearless display, the Army WCRL unsurprisingly dominated the other two service in the first ever Inter Services wheel chair Rugby League competition. As the first service to adopt this variant of Rugby League, thanks to the sponsorship of Soldiers League, the Army immediately had the upper hand in the tournament. Having played a series of build up games in recent months, including the star studded Flying Argonauts led by Wagga and Soldiers League Patron Andy Gregory. The Army had superior skills and game plan compared to the other services. But when it came to effort and competitive spirit, there was nothing between the teams, who all showed drive, aggression, passion and determination.
